Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think that you are having cellulitis of the elbow. It is not due to your pet. It is due to infection from blood. I would suggest you to follow these steps.
1.Go to doctor and start antibiotic.
2.If there is pus then you need aspiration of the pus.
3.Rest and splinting of the elbow.
check your blood sugar, make sure you are not a diabetic and if it is high then take care of that also.
I hope this answer will be useful for you. Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
